Cancellation Policy

• A 50 % cancelation fee will be charged to a cancelation made less than 24hrs before the scheduled appointment. •No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. •Late arrivals (more than 10 minutes): Your appointment will be canceled, and a 50% fee will be assessed. •In the event that the credit card on file is not working, clients must settle the fee before making future appointments. •To avoid any fees, please arrive on time and make the necessary changes at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment.
